Do you guys run your air purifiers 24 hours a day?

I do. Even if there is no one in the room. I'm starting to think that perhaps when I am not home I should turn off the Rabbit Air but leave the Austin Air running as always since the parrots are in that room. This way I wouldn't need to replace my Rabbit air filters as often.

I leave it running 24/7 as well Unless nobody at all (including the parrots) is home -- like when we go to visit "grandma."

Do you mean the full-sized and the junior? I gave the junior to my sister. I do have a second full-sized one though It's unused right now but I will probably put it in the living room eventually.

The Rabbit Air I have running all day.
The Austin I turn off once in a while. If we are gone for longer periods of time, I tend to turn it off. Just the amount of power it draws, I always get a bit paranoid when I'm gone extra long that something plugged in will catch fire. It might appear irrational, but not having it on makes me feel better.

Mine (Austin Air Allergy Jr) is on 24/7, on Low. I notice an immediate difference in air quality if I turn it off.

Every so often my Rabbit Air get temperamental and if we, by hand, clean off that first filter, it's happy again.
Oddly enough, it's not because of the birds so much as the cat hair...

Haven't replaced any filters yet. Won't have to for maybe a year or so because I've been running mine for 24 hours a day. If I were to run it for let's say 12 hours... it is supposedly good for 3 years. I do vacuum my ra filter every 2 weeks though.
