Do In Trust accounts for Pets exist?

We met with out attorney and were still trying to come up with a workable plan. In order to set up a trust you have to have a trustee, someone who will take your birds and administer the fund. Sonnet will take the Lovies, but we haven't found anyone who will commit to taking care of Truely, so we are in limbo land.

These are not as uncommon as you might think in New York. I heard of a woman who was going to give up a million or two to the person who cared for her seven or eight birds. There is a lady who left a pet trust flyer on a bulletin board at my boyfriend's animal-related job.
