Ok so three months ago I put cuttlebones in the birds cages. Moto my ARN totally ignored it, and then yesterday she went crazy and literally ripped it off the cage and destroyed it with her beak into pieces which were everywhere bottom of cage, the floor etc. She then went to a larger piece that fell to the cage floor and attacked it into smaller pieces as well. Anyone ever have this happen?

No but you can crumble what's left and put it on birdie bread.

Yes. My female budgie will tear apart cuttlebones. She leaves about 20 percent left hanging. I consider them as toys too, not just a supplement. When I add a fresh cuttlebone to the budgies cage, there ends up being fairly big white powdery mess on the floor next to the cage.
