Yes they do! I have several linnies and 2 parrotlets. The parrotlets have a lot of dander compared. The 2 of them produce much more than all my linnies combined. And yes they bathe, so it's not from lack of care.
If you're sensitive to dander, keep it in mind. It's not as bad as an African Grey, but it's really noticable.
