My 45 yr old Amazon was biting his shoulder for almost 1 years and a small scab like developed l. We took him the vet and he said he didn't see any growth. Then it got large so we took him to a new vet. She said it looked like a tumor. After that it grew large within days. We sent her pictures then she said it don't look like a tumor. Sometimes it doesn't bother him at all other days he bites it like today. He but into his skin. Here's the pictures. Anyone have any insights?

It looks like it needs to be removed. Whatever is going on, it's going to get or is infected. Draining holes and compromised tissue are prone to infection

I would return to the vet or find another vet. Don't stop until someone gives you some sort of answers of at least a treatment plan.
