Hey I never thought of that! I'm going to try it, that would also be a natural flavor. I buy unsweetened in the 4oz individual cups for recipes instead of oil! That would be great with oats, sweet potato, raisins, chia & sliced almonds! Ooooh!I make some blueberry protein muffins for myself that are only sweetened with applesauce. I bet it would work for your bird cookies.
