Hi all, thought I might as well ask since this thread is up!
I got gifted a set of Baccarat frying pans. Baccarat Granite 30cm Frypan that one to be sure.

Can anyone advise if their environmentally friendly non-stick material means they wouldn't be using teflon?

It says it's PFOA & PTFE free which means that it doesn't have teflon. It should be safe to use .

I only use stainless steel. if you hear the pan before cooking, nothing sticks
