I noticed that something is wrong with my cocktail one eye there is no good vet in my city can you tell me what to do?

Any medical case related to the eyes should be seen by a vet immediately.
Where do you live? There are online websites to track where there avian vets near you.

People or Google may give you medical advice but best case scenario they'll be lacking, worst they'll hurt your bird even farther. Only a vet is qualified to give medical treatment.
