Cockatiel needs to share the love!

My brother and I recently got a 2 year old cockatiel. She's very sweet, and we love her so much. The lady that had her, was moving and could take her with her.
When we left, the lady was close to tears, I could tell she loved the bird alot.
I promised to take the best care of her, ando here we are, with a cockatiel, Named Jeremy!
OK, so my brother wants to bond with her, so do I. Since I was the first "stranger" Jeremy saw, she trusts me more. I want my brother and her to bond too, what can I do?

Have your brother offer her a favorite treat, like millet, in her cup every time he passes her cage. He can also sit and read aloud to her or talk softly near her cage. Avoiding too much eye contact will make her feel more secure. Give her time, I'm sure she will come around to enjoy both your company. I'm glad you were able to take her in, and she's such a cutie!

Acually now, she's on his shoulder hanging out, and bit me a few times when I touched him..
I agree, she'll come around, but right now, she's got a bit of an attitude..

Also, she hasent shown much of an intrest in millet... She was on a seed diet, but the lady said she'll try anything we try if she's bonded with us.
I'll try to get her to eat pellets, veggies, etc. (Or my brother will if she's likes him more )

She loves shoulders, and watching what we're doing .
@Lady Jane , we do move slow , because she came from a diffrent enviornment.
Definitely bonding to my brother and I though.
I got her to eat bannana from watching me, but she wasn't a big fan.
