You need to get some pain killer for your bird. To do this you will have to take your bird to a vet to get a prescription. I don't know if by claw you mean toenail or part of the toe - if it was part of the toe your bird will need to be checked for an infection and given antibiotics if appropriate.

Yes, please take that bird to the vet. A toe bitten off left unchecked can have serious consequences. My macaw had a toe ripped off and it wasn't treated before I got him. He had to endure months of physical therapy exercises at home to get his foot in shape so he could even perch properly.
