I LOVE BABALU! He's such a love and a goof! Congratulations!
I forgot that part! I adopted him in 2008, I am his second home. He came from a local chain of bird stores called Omar's. The woman that had him gave him to the rescue with a typed out paper about him. She said Babalu ended up choosing her husband and he was not a bird person. He isn't a fan of being touched, but he will step up when he wants to and in the evening time I can scratch his head and if I'm feeling brave, his belly. When did you adopt him? Do you know any of his back story? It was great of you to adopt
For me that sounds like he really landed in a perfect home. To respect what they want or not is really the biggest gift we can give them.He isn't a fan of being touched, but he will step up when he wants to and in the evening time I can scratch his head and if I'm feeling brave, his belly.
