Congrats, little guy! Will Pilo always be an only bird or do you plan on another in the future?
Questions are always very welcome... Pilo was 4 months old and was still with his siblings at home! And yes... Pilo is also a piggy!Congratulations! Well deserved, as Pilo is quite the celebirdy!
Are we allowed to ask follow up questions? I am curious where Pilo's name came from, and how old he was when he came home.
Also, laughing at Pilo being food motivated. The parrot store where I picked up Waffle assured us she is VERY food motivated. Cheekies are such little piggies!
Pilo’s name comes from the word Philippines!
No plans for another at this point! The amount of time required might double if Pilo rejects him/ her and breeding is something we are not prepared to enter into, due to the high risks! Pilo has company nearly 24/7 so it’s not as if he might need the company of another fid!
But never say never!
