Can I get a little love for Heartly?

Ohhh....hope it's nothing serious and Heartly gets to feeling better very soon. I think a vet visit is a good idea. When I had my dog (years ago) and she got bit by a bee on her paw there was no visible signs but I had seen it happen. She favored the paw for a few days.

My whole world is upside down today. With my sister being in the hospital, now this...
I am definitely going to have to take him in. He still will not put weight on it. Going to call the vet now. Thanks for everyone's kind words and well wishes.

Poor Heartly. Sure hope it's nothing.
My big dog who is Lab and Springer mix but is bigger then both breeds has a bad shoulder and he started showing signs under a year old. He was favoring his front leg so took him in had x-rays and can't remember all the vet said(was 10 years ago) but it will occasionally act up. For the most part though he's just a big old happy dog who likes his Mama to through a stick for him whenever I go over to my parents since they have custody of him.

Heartly is just gorgeous! I hope he feels better soon. My dog seems to have weak front "wrist" joints, so I know the feeling! I think Heartly will be just fine Hope the vet visit goes well.

I took him this afternoon and they took some xrays, and kept him a few hours. The xrays are good. The dr. diagnosed him with soft tissue injury. He has some medication for pain. When we got there he stopped favoring the leg for the first time since last night. The nurse said that happens because of adrenalin from the excitement, which temporarily blocks the pain. He is back to hopping on three legs again, and is now taking it easy. Thanks everyone for the good energy!
