I believe so, I believe you can buy it specifically for humans.

Millet is a healthy grain :) 7 Amazing Benefits of Millet | Organic Facts

Millet spray is simply millet still on the stalk and will require more prep than the kind made for humans and may not be grown to the same standard

This human cannot eat any seed due to Diverticular disease. I would tear up my gut fiercely.

I think I'll leave the millet eating up to my birds. Doesn't sound very tasty.

Yes you can! It’s popular in West Africa. There are recipes for Millet porridge, which tastes a lot like oatmeal.

I was at the health food store today and saw packages of millet (not millet spray, though).

I've purchased processed millet at the health food store. It looks similar to quinoa. I added it to my cooked grains for the birds. I don't think I'd snack on the sprays of millet though.

I bet in something like bread w/ multi grains it may not be to bad. You posted it before I could say reminds me of Quinoa. I'm gluten free so I've had a bunch of that Q Crap! I agree w/ John tastes like crap & gets stuck in teeth. It is interesting to know that I could eat it to get Buddy to try it its mixed in his food & I see an occasional nibble but the spray/ sprig I've been trying to give him he will not touch.
