Can parrot A get parrot B sick just by parrot B eating food that has been in parrots A house?

Like parrot A hasn’t touched the food, just has been near its cage.

My friend found a lost bird and I was thinking of bringing some of my birds food for it. Problem with that?

Not likely, particularly if it has been stored properly. If you have a known contagious disease then I would err on the side of caution but otherwise I often give food my bird isn't eating to other families that have birds.
