Hey just a curious question, do lorikeets or any bird I guess calm down with age or sort of slow down? I understand all birds are probably different but if so what age do they begin to slow down?

A healthy bird doesn't noticeably slow down until near the end of their life. Whenever that is.

That's a negative and their behaviour (naughtiness) increases with seasonal hormones.
Red is turning 6 although he is a lory and showing no signs of slowing down.

I find them most calm in their juvenile stage.

Piki will turn 7 this year and he's more active and even more mischievous than ever. I just wish I had half his energy.
