So as some of you might we had purchased a baby Caique who unfortunately passed away before we could take him home. We had already bought a cage and set it up. Just wondering thoughts if it would work for the new little guy. 904BBDF3-4F06-41FB-9E7E-8B45D3564854.jpeg 4B18B804-E80C-4EB9-B771-1503464B5A89.jpeg

We can exchange it if needed. The bar spacing was the only concern of mine. Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated

I think it might be a bit on the small side. It's 38"x23" right? I think something deeper would be nice, like a 40"x30" cage. And a cape would snap those thin bars like toothpicks.

Too small, IMO. I agree with @JosienBB. The capes I've met have been pretty active but not caique or lory active. I'd want at least 36"x28", 40"x30" would be even better.
