Buy a new Bird (Apartment) NY, NJ

I am looking for a reputable bird store in the NY tri-state area.
I also need a new avian vet, with reasonable pricing.

Let me know your recommendations.
Or should I go with a breeder?
I am thinking of a bird for my apartment...
