Urgent Budgie can't poop

My budgie is lifting her tail and it looks like she is gonna poop but the same time she can't poop. Can you please tell me what i can do?

Can you take a look at her butt and see if poop is dried up there, blocking the area?

The best thing to do though, is get her to an avian vet

There is none that i can see, and i'll take her to a avian vet.

Is she about to lay and egg?

Let us know how your budgie is doing. She could be attempting to lay an egg or there could be another issue. Does the area around the vent appear swollen?
