Budgie’s foot

I don’t have an avian vet in my area so I thought I’d ask here before making the drive to see if anyone’s been through this - I’m definitely still taking him though. My budgie’s foot was fine he started limping a little then it got bad. He puts very light pressure on it, because i think he gets tired holding it up most of the day He eats good and flys, but he sleeps more now. I’ll attach some pictures. Does it look like he needs a vet, or is it something that heals on its own?

Especially without evidence of bumblefoot/sores, a suddenly lame leg can be a sign of a tumor in the abdomen. Truly hope that isn't what it is, but only a vet can tell you for sure.
