Hi, so I have two parakeets, this particular one I've had for just under a year. Im pretty sure she is female, her name is Emma.

One of my boyfriends cats got to her today but we got her as soon as we heard it happen. She didn't appear to be bitten and seemed okay afterwards but now one of her wings don't seem right. It also looks like the wing is shaking or trembling, but only the wing, not her entire body.. But she is flying perfectly fine and acting normally. We don't have a avian vet anywhere near us, they are hours away so I'm not sure if this is something we need to take her there for and I just want to make sure.

If she was touched by cat she needs to see a avian vet asap. Cats carry all sort nasty germs bacteria in their claws and mouths.
