Brand/where can I get another one of these?

Hi all and thanks in advance for the help. When I adopted my CAG, the rescue gave me the toy in the picture. It's been a great place to hide the favorite tidbits of his food but as you can see, I'm going to need a new one shortly. Does anyone know the brand?

I am not sure but they do have many things similar to the toy you have posted
