So what can owners tell me about bourke parakeets? I hear their chips are rather low/quiet, they aren't breaky when playing/exploring and that they aren't quick to bite unless you really push them to something they don't like or get all up in their space (common sense to me). Hold true? How well do they learn - like basic commands and tricks? Do they self entertain well given enough toys and are they velcro birds? Do we have a good, the bad, and the ugly for the species anywhere on AA?
