Blu ate some cotton

I know he won't die immediately or anything but how bad is that, really?

He insists on hanging out on me when I put my makeup on every morning and he likes taking q-tips out of the box and dismantling the cotton ends off of them.

I thought it was a perfectly harmless thing to keep him busy until I saw him swallow a tiny bit, twice. I know you guys might say he's probably not eating them but I am positive he did. Most of the time he spits it out but I'm certain he ingested a little those two times. Maybe even more that I didn't see though.

What's going to happen? Will it stay in his stomach forever or will it digest? I'm not going to allow him to have anymore but I'm wondering.

In theory it should digest. If it doesn't it would stay in the crop I think, not the stomach, as that's what usually happens when they ingest cotton rope fibers, etc. That's my guess? I'm not really sure!

Jingo dismantles qtips too. I've never seen him eat it though! He usually bites it off and rolls it into a tiny ball in his mouth before discarding it.

Dobby found a foam ear plug and chomped it. I thought he had ate it but later I found the half he chomped laying on the floor He tries to eat anything bad for him, and Momazon was scared to death he'd drop over dead one day from soap poisoning or eating something else bad for him and he's still here. Just keep an eye on your naughty boy and try to keep the really nasty stuff outa his reach, that's what we TRY to do with Dobby as he and your boy must be comparing notes
