I'd suggest locating a bird rescue to donate them to.

Beyond a rescue, your local humane society or shelter may take them, or they may know someone who could use them. Your bird vet may also have some ideas!

See if someone is an enthusiast or does vacation sitting, etc. that is someone that could really use the donated item.
