I so remember how excited I was when my sun, Rika said her first word "poppa" and how soon I realized that was going to be her only word. But with her sweetness who cared---even if I had to hear "poppa" all day long while my Dad grinned from ear to ear.
Cheeky Cricket's first word was also (you guessed it) "poppa". But since then CC has said:
Cricket
The ever popular "GOOOOD BOOOOY"
OK
No Bites
Walnut
Kissy --with lip smacking accompaniment
And assorted phrases and words that are not yet decipherable.

I am stealing from Emma and trying to teach him "C is for Corn"

I will try to get at least his loud and emphatic good boy on video.
