Hello Community,

My Quaker fell from his cage as he got scared from a light that flashed inside while he was going to sleep.
His nostrils seem to be red and inflames.
there is also a visible sign of damage (indentation)

I just put him back inside his cage after numerous sorrys.

Is thee anything I can do, or information on next steps :(

It's hard to tell from the photos although does look like there is some injury to the cere area. Monitor him and make sure he is eating and drinking. Sometimes beak injuries can be painful and the bird may have difficulty eating pellets and seeds and may need softer foods. You may want to consider taking him to the vet if you notice any problems and if the area continues to look inflamed and irritated. Hope all will be well.

My best advice is see a avian vet asap. If nothing more then for pain relief meds.

Don't know. Sometimes beak indentations stay that way. Is there a small crack near the tip of his beak or is that peeling/flaking? Is he eating and drinking?
