Urgent baby lovebird vomiting

need help
i am hand feeding a lovebird. he is 7 weeks. very active. he is in the weaning proces. he is eating seeds and we give him formula 2x a day.
i gave him his formula and about 1 hour later he was vomiting everything out.
when do i need to worry and what can i do?
i have to mention he escaped yesterday and came back this morning.
he is very active and playfull and preening. but now after vomiting he is sleeping... but its night so that can be normal.
HELP

If your baby escaped outside who knows what he was in contact with. If he vomits again I would recommend taking him to the vet. It's also possible that he got too much food.
Hope he will be OK. BTW, are you weighing him daily?
