Avian Fashions Flight Suit Question

I'm not able to handle Slade freely yet, but I wanted to pick up an avian fashions flight suit for him since I love the pattern on sale for Madness Monday tomorrow. All the pois they have listed say small, but that's the size they also told me to use for Diggle. I'm just basically wondering, anyone who has used flight suits for the pois around the same size as him, what size do you have?

Just in case someone else wonders this, he ended up being a medium from my best guess, the small looked way to, well, small. I'm guessing it still goes per bird and I'm not sure if he is average or not. Hopefully this info will help someone else too
