I was thinking it would be fun to have a member featured monthly on a Avian Avenue spoof of MTV's Cribs!

We could interview the person, have photos taken of their cage/room set ups, and interview them on various DIY things they've done, what inspired them, favorite places to buy for their birds, and any upcoming additions to the cage/room etc.

I think it could be very fun, AND informational for those who read it to help get ideas to add to their own birds cage!

I think this would also be educational for new bird owners. Before I came on the forum I am embarrassed to say my sun conure only had like one or two toys in her cage that were like 1 or 2 years old. I didn't know she needed to constantly shred and chew on wood. I had toys I had taken out of the cage because she was tearing them up -- little did I know this is how birds play with their toys. I was offering foraging in lieu of new toys with food hidden in paper towel holders and shredding paper in her food bowls but after seeing pics of others cages just in random pics I realized I had to go buy her more toys.
Happy to say now I threw out the old toys and she has a cage full of new toys to play with.

So can't wait to see more pics to get more ideas so I can change her cage around and redecorate every so often.
