So I know that liquid air fresheners like febreeze are harmful to birds, but are the variety used in cars (paper) harmful as well? I recently purchased one ( Tardigrade Air Freshener ) and I originally was going to put it into a room with my bird. However, could this be dangerous? If it is, I"m going to just put it into another room or my car. Thanks for the help, me and my Senegal/Meyers parrot are grateful!

I'm not certain, however I would say no.

Birds have extremely sensitive respiratory systems, and things like candles, cleaners, teflon coated pans, are all extremely bad for your birds health.

But maybe some kinds are safe? We'll see what the others say, I'm sure theres alternatives too.
