apricot's good or bad for parakeets?

My neighbor has 2 apricot trees & she told me to come pick all of them off & take them home since she's not going to be home to enjoy them.
Lets just say it feels like I ate half of them that I picked cause there soooo good haha.
So that got me thinking, can parakeets eat apricot's?

They are certainly on the safe list of parrot foods that I have. Nothing yummier than fresh picked home grown apricots.

Apricot pits are poisonous, but the fruit itself is safe.

I think this picture says it all if she likes apricots or not haha she's ate probably 1/4 of that half how much should I let her eat before I take it away? (don't want her getting sick if she eats to much)
