Oh Yours looks yummy! I just got done making "birdie bread pops". I just bought a donut hole maker for the bird.

Bread pudding is an old-fashioned American dessert made from stale bread so as not to throw it away. It gets soaked in milk and eggs are added which really make it a custard. Cinnamon, raisins and nuts are sometimes added too. What really makes this dish is a whiskey sauce that goes over the top. Mmmmmmmm

Just for the record, bread pudding pre-dates America. I like to use brandy.
