May I ask what you do in your spare time, better yet, do you have spare time? LOL (after caring for birds and updating on AA)

Sure,I have a wonderful dog, a large fish aquarium,plants,both in the yard and in pots.{I collect cactus and succulents,a few orchids,love bonsai} cook,clean,shop,and help run a business. Extra time is spent watching tv,reading. I need to fit in an exercise routine someplace. Too much sitting is causing spare tires and rear inflation.
