For some days ago they have been felt trees in the forest, and the "left over" is really an early Christmas gift.
So today I manage to get new birch branches for the big roof playstand, Akelas cages playstand, and some for their cages. I will go back next week and get some more for the net and for their cages so every branch will be new.
I was really lucky this year. Sometimes they only fell "sick trees", this year all the birch are in excellent condition, they where just to many.
Birch everywhere you look! Yeah!!
And don't think that I was resting today, I have to walk 2 km to that place, and then 2 km with the birch branches to get back to my car.
On my way back I was asking myself why I not was going twice, and it also felt that I was having the hole forest in my arms.. (it was heavy..)
