    I always wondered if ALL snakes could swim. But it makes sense since a snake lung takes up a length of at least half their body length. Buoyancy.

    The title was more of a gimmick:hehe:
    I did read a work by one of the professors at UGA years ago mentioning it, can't remember which one though. I might have a few too many herpetology and entomology field guides and such. Admittedly, I have fewer books on ornithology.
