Well... Blue is also in Fischeri - thanks to transmutation. So technically she could have a blue Fischeri in her family that has been bred back to Personatus so many times that the offspring now appear Personatus. Just a thought...

I suppose you would only know for sure buy buying a bird from a reputable breeder/aviary.

I just tried to record it. She does it whenever I don't pay attention to her, so I could not make a video of it. But the recording is a little boring without seeing it. But to answer you question: Yes!

We rescued two white parakeets recently. We also have 3 conures. Kiwi, the parakeet can sing for 10 minutes , minimum. Pleasant swet songs.

My lovebird sings all day but I wouldn't use the words pleasant or sweet to describe it! I like it, don't get me wrong, but sometimes she gets on a sound that is grating. Like she'll let out a high pitched chirp, and a few seconds later another high pitched chirp but a half step different pitch, then back to the first..... Can you tell I'm a musician? I'm always like "Aoife you're flat!" But when she chatters it's cute. I sometimes play videos of lovebirds singing so maybe she'll copy them haha

This is mainly how she sounds. I love the sound she makes at the end. She also has this holler she does that is pretty hilarious, but I haven't caught it yet.

First place for worst noise has to be this on my first videos on this thread. It hurts my bones lol In second place, the noise they make when one stands on the other (more shreiking).

But when she chatters it's cute

I love the little chatter noises my birds make, including clicking, kissing noises and the froggy noise

I sometimes play videos of lovebirds singing so maybe she'll copy them haha

@Irene&Momo I just removed a beaten toy from Lapis and Nube and it had the exact same bell under it to fix Aldoras swing.

I just played this for Aoife She's singing to them, made a whistle I've never heard her make!

I did the same with Loki, Loki was like man these two are boring, it was around 5 pm when she is in a playing mood. Tried again when it was bed time and she talked back to them. Guess it depends on the time of day.

My birds aren´t interested in videos... but I suppose they can talk to their own kind here at home so it´s not a novelty to them... :/
