How cute! My Chili is very similar. One thing that popped to mind was how his wings are...I'm wondering if it is a mating thing? Others can speak up. Maybe you already know. Maybe it doesn't even matter, lol

Thanks everyone He is a character! He is part of a pair...he has a girlfriend He is 8yrs and she is 7yrs. He is fine with other birds and other people, will go to anyone He went through the teenage stage (naughty!) at about 5-6yrs...was fun! He is a lot more interested in his girl than she is in him though!
