Add a sun

I have a sun conure 4 months old bonded with me I was thinking of getting a second one would it be a problem with him staying bonded or will you start being bonded to the other bird I spend about 4 hours a day with the bird

If you work with both, you can maintain your bond. I had Happy for a year before I got Chya and they are both still okay with me being a third wheel. Happy is a gold cap and chya is a sun. Happy was a 1.5 year old before I got him. Chya was 4 months and had regressed at the pet store so I had to hand feed her again...14 years ago. If you get an untamed conure, that might be more difficult. Fyi
