Abnormal Quaker behavior?

Hello fellow parrot owners, so just a little back story I found this little guy a few days ago during a rainy day and decided to take him. He has an orange braclet on his foot so I know he's not from the wild.

His wing seems broken but he can fly however one thing that really concerns me is that he does this weird thing with his beak after eating:

Is that normal or a sign of sickness? Thanks for any possible insight! May you and your parrots have a great day!

Normal, though I've never seen it go so fast lol. It's like savoring something they really like with a bit of beak grinding.
