A little help finding a tiel breeder in Montreal?

I'd really prefer to adopt, but it's not really panning out. I've been looking everywhere and the only potential adoptee within a hundred miles is in New York.

:/ Mims has been real poorly off ever since Guzma passed away in the spring. Nothing I do seems to help. I totally understand that this may not help out, but I'm hoping it will. Either way, I'd be keeping the new bird.
