If it is real, I'm impressed that people on the street there don't try to catch it. Or that hawks don't get to it.

Someone dyed some pigeons but that one looks dyed. The green one looks natural.

It is not possible for parrots and pigeons to hybridize with each other naturally, and while it is possible for color mutations to occur, this is a dyed pigeon.

No, it's a normal Greybar street pidge that was dyed for some odd reason,,,like, they dye baby chicks for Easter...
