She knows five words:
"Hello," "Hi," "Pretty," "Baby," and "Bird."

Here's the conversation we've been having for the past half hour while I clean:

Monster Truck:
Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hello.
Me: Hello.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hello.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hello.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hello.
Monster Truck: Hello.
Me: Hi.
Monster Truck: Hi.
Me: Hi.
*repeat ad nauseam* :hilarious:

My U2 probably knows 25 or so words and constructs sentences with them. And talks daily. The other day we had a discussion while I made dinner and he asked me what I was making to make sure he liked it.

But my all time favorite is his “Hiii”. Such a precious voice when he says “Hiiiii”.

Sometimes the simplest words are the best :)

Yes, she changes the intonation quite a lot.
Cassie B had only about 7 or 8 words...but she had "hello" down like Monster Truck...I knew what she was trying to say just be the inflection of her voice what each "hello" meant.
When she was scared, she'd call out "I love you" and reach out to hold your hand.
I was most proud that I got her to say "GOODNIGHT" (loudly) instead of scream when we turned out the lights at night...:)
