We have a baby love bird that is about 9 days old that the mother or father looks like pecked the head and threw it out of the nest. It has a little blood spot on its head. How do I keep this lovebird alive what is the best thing to feed it

How do I keep this lovebird alive
Firstly check he is not actively bleeding.

He needs to go into a brooder to keep him warm.
If you don't have one, you will have to DIY one, you can do this using a critter carrier and a heating pad underneath one end. Line the bottom with a good few inches of aspen shavings. You can use coarse pine if no aspen. Avoid fine pine as it can be easily ingested/inhaled. Never ever use cedar (toxic!).

what is the best thing to feed it
Baby parrot formula. I'm loyal to Nutribird for my lovebirds, but use what you can get today in the shops.
