2 male African ringnecks

I've had my 2 male African ringnecks a little over a year,I still can't handle them,one of them takes food from me and the other wants nothing to do with me,I have a room just for them and I never lock them in their cages,is that okay? Is there any hope they may eventually come to me? I spend lots of time with them,they are still young,under 4yrs old.....they feed each other but on the same hand they chase each other around but not aggressively just like boys playing.....any advice would be greatly appreciated

They're very pretty birds. I would keep working on hand feeding treats and spending time with them.
