We had a few of them at our old house that were there during the worst winter we got in thirty years in 08. We had to change out the feeder every couple of hours during the day as it would freeze solid. I have pictures of them with snow around and on them as they stir things up eating. They would stay by the porch light we left on 24/7 to warm up.
