My bird tends to sit in the corner of his perch, at the opposite side of his toy. Should I move the toy? Is he sick or something else bad? He also takes a lot of naps, at least I think he does. His feathers are poofed up a lot when I come in, and his eyes are closed when that happens. His tail...

I've been a budgie owner for a few years now, and it just occurred to me that I've never seen any of them rest on one foot, only two. Is this normal?
