I want to eventually switch her over to pellets but as I am self-isolating for the foreseeable future, I am instead trying to get her to eat...

That wonderful feeling when you look into your birds cages after lots and lots of work, and see all three of them eating their fresh food! :bliss: I don't expect it every day, but I can breath a sigh of relief now at least.
