Is my cockatiel more likely a male or female?

He/she is only about 4 and a half months old and is very vocal. He/She makes constant chirping sounds already! Also lately has been slightly lifting up only one of its wings? Not sure if that could be related to gender but it only started recently. I’d appreciate any help here! First time bird owner

Hard to tell until the first molt, but my guess would be male. They look like they’re molting slightly and has yellow speckles on the forehead. If they’re male they’ll get more And more yellow on the head.

Even then, you can’t be 100% sure. Some females look male until they lay eggs.

If (s)he is chirping as much as you say then I'd be thinking male. Keep a photo record of the face, you'll notice it slowly going yellow if (s)he is male, even before the moult sets in proper.
