This ungrateful muppet refuses to acknowledge my gifts. He just crawled up my arm and he won't even peck at any of them to give me a hint on who should get what. Not that the caiques care. They always show their gratitude with borderline bloodthirsty destruction.



Tomorrow I'll find him with his whole head buried in one and he'll try and play it off like he wasn't playing when I catch him...

My spoiled boy will do the same thing. I'll spend a lot of time picking out what I finally think is the perfect toy, and when I bring it to him, he just walks away and starts chewing on something he can't have

He is playing with the carrot basket toy now. But as soon as he sees me or hears me in the hall, he stops playing and tries to look pitiful on his perch.
